The Challenge

A government organisation faced significant knowledge loss as experienced staff retired without systematic capture of their institutional knowledge. Processes were undocumented, decisions were not recorded with sufficient context, and new staff had no structured way to access organisational memory.

The Approach

We conducted a structured knowledge audit, identified critical knowledge assets and gaps, designed a tiered knowledge management system appropriate to the organisation's scale and technical capacity, and supported the development of documentation standards, knowledge capture processes and transfer protocols.
